Psychology is the scientific study of mind and behaviour. Psychologists investigate both the behaviour and the mental process of the individual. Study component areas are: 

  • Research Methods - Planning, conducting, analysing, and reporting psychological research across a range of experimental and non-experimental methodologies and techniques. 

  • Psychology Themes Through Core Studies - Introduces some of the central areas of investigation in psychology organised in key themes. Each key theme is represented by a classic and a contemporary core study. 

  • Applied Psychology and Issues in Mental Health - Explores mental health issues. Two additional units are studied from criminal psychology, child psychology, environmental psychology, and sports psychology.
